Compensation: 105k-145k
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-5 p.m. (schedule flexibility required); must be available to address maintenance emergencies after-hours, will be required to work some weekends to manage maintenance projects

Top Responsibilities
- Planning and tracking all preventative maintenance
-
Supporting the Maintenance Supervisor in overseeing maintenance technician work schedules, matching skill sets with jobs, and ensuring timely completion of work

Responsible for supporting supervisors in troubleshooting machine controls, electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
-
Responsible for working with relevant stakeholders/departments to develop and lead an equipment reliability program
-
Monitoring utilities for efficiency and cost reduction
-
Coordinating planned and unplanned downtime with operations to minimize downtime
-
Responsible for developing equipment service and project timelines based on input from end users as well as suppliers, then manages work and projects to meet established schedules

Maintaining equipment manuals, drawings, and repair records
-
Leading and supporting Lean activities and 8D's / A3's

Supporting equipment design upgrades to improve equipment utilization and optimization
-
Supporting standard work, ISO documentation, and procedural creation
-
Evaluating existing treating processes and identifying areas for improvement
-
Determining problem resolutions and implementing improvements
-
Guiding and assisting with troubleshooting and resolution of problems with treating equipment
-
Utilizing process simulation and engineering methodologies with a structured problem-solving approach to identify root causes and devise solutions for processing problems

Monitoring treating operations for quality and performance to identify improvements to current process technology

Integrating safety and quality into processes using material handling and disposal best practices.

Ensuring all safety and environmental regulations, policies, procedures, audits, and training requirements are followed

Establish performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and create a continuous improvement culture for our team and vendors

Supporting Maintenance supervisor in Coaching team for top performance and resolving conflicts

Responsible for soliciting and evaluating proposals from equipment vendors for equipment parts and service

Responsible for completing training requirements and maintaining compliance with all assignments
Qualifications
-
10 years of relevant maintenance experience
- 5 years of experience leading maintenance Teams &/or engineering teams.

Experience leading maintenance recovery/ build projects in a manufacturing facility
-
Bachelor's Degree
-
Lean Six Sigma experience preferred, Black Belt/Green Belt certification
-
Demonstrated ability to create and lead teams for successful project completion

Excellent organizational skills
-
Computer proficiency with comprehensive working knowledge of MS Office products and systems such as SAP and other computer relational database

Detail oriented with ability analyze information, create metrics and articulate the link to business needs/objectives

Self-directed with ability to organize and prioritize work

Communicate effectively with strong written and oral communication and technical writing skills.

Knowledge of electrical, mechanical and pneumatic control systems
