Join our Renewal by Andersen team! Renewal by Andersen is a premier replacement window and door company that has an immediate opening for an Event Manager. This is a full-time position with growth potential! A successful candidate for this position would focus primarily on Non-traditional program analysis, data input and assist in any way to the non-traditional department as a whole.
Responsibilities and Duties:
● Planning and organizing events, rsvps, retail and home shows, coordinating with each individual external vendor and their needs.
● Organizing contracts and making their payments according to the payment agreement are sent on time and where needed. They may also negotiate pricing and included services for any of the non-traditional programs.
● Report and tracking on non-traditional performance and KPIs with the Marketing team on a frequent, consistent basis,with accurate and profound understanding of benchmarks.
● To develop and advance strategy in non-media lead generation (Events, Retail, Home shows, RSVP, Showroom) Facilitate best practice sharing across the network. Create and implement strategies to modify nationwide programs to local market conditions.
● Be accountable for the optimized end-to-end experience. Own branding, scripting, customer experience, and team performance in all areas of non-traditional marketing. Be knowledgeable in all other aspects of the company-owned retail operation (including in-home selling, installation, operations, and customer service) to fully understand how non-media marketing can impact the customer experience.
● Develop new opportunities and national retail partnerships.
Qualifications and Skills:
● Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Drive
● One to three years related experience and/or training.
● Experience in achieving goals while being self-motivated
● Proven ability to successfully work in a fast pace environment, where accuracy is essential
● Strong communication skills
● Attention to detail and ability to multitask
● Must be highly dependable and have a strong work ethic
