A Job Coach assists clients with, learning job duties, and promoting good habits at work. You get the chance to work with a diverse clientele and be a major influence in their growth and independence. In the daily life of a Job Coach, you will:
- Provide guidance and support to assigned clients.
- Promote healthy habits at work
- Creatively assist and solve client issues.
- Complete documentation of completed activities.
- Build client's social skills and independence.
- Bridge the gap between employers and your clients.
Applicants should be able to use office equipment including a printer, copier, and computer and should have a basic understanding of Microsoft products, emphasizing Word.
JOBS reimburses employees for a portion of their phone bill and provides mileage reimbursement.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
- Weekends as needed
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Social Services: 2 years (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- CPR/First Aid Certification? (Preferred)
Ability to Relocate:
- Missoula, MT: Relocate before starting work (Required)
