Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales over the phone or through virtual meetings able to make up to 80 calls a day. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining relationships with wholesale clients and retailers within the hemp, CBD, and THCA market. Your primary objective will be to drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, providing product education, and offering exceptional customer support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Generation: Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and networking within the hemp, CBD, and THCA industry.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale clients, retailers, and key stakeholders to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Product Education: Stay updated on industry trends, product developments, and regulatory requirements to effectively educate customers on the benefits and uses of our hemp, CBD, and THCA products.
- Order Processing: Efficiently process orders, handle pricing inquiries, and resolve any issues or concerns to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to support promotional campaigns, product launches, and customer engagement initiatives.
- Continuous Improvement: Actively seek opportunities for professional development and contribute ideas for process enhancements to optimize sales performance and overall business growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Proven track record of success in inside sales, preferably within the hemp, CBD, or THCA industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Passion for health and wellness, with a genuine interest in natural remedies and alternative therapies.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
