Job Summary
Lake Superior Medical Equipment is the region’s only full service, independent, and locally-owned and operated home medical equipment and supply company with stores in Duluth and Cloquet Minnesota. We have built our reputation on providing superior service to our customers and the many healthcare providers that recommend us to their patients. We have an opportunity for a full-time customer service representative to be based out of our store in Cloquet.
Duties: Provide superior service to our customers and health care providers who call or stop in our store and assist them in selecting the proper medical equipment and supplies. Position requires excellent communication and people skills and ability to learn about a wide variety of medical products and the medical needs those products are designed to treat. Position also requires computer skills and ability to enter customer data, verify insurance information and check inventory using company’s billing system.
Qualifications and Skills
Qualifications/Education: Must pass a comprehensive Department of Human Services background check. High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience working with durable medical equipment preferred but will train appropriate candidate.
