Job Title: Office Coordinator
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Coordinator to join our team. The Office Coordinator will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating office activities, and ensuring the smooth running of daily operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clerical duties, schedule management, and possess excellent organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate office operations and procedures
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails and phone calls
- Assist in budgeting and financial tasks using QuickBooks
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars
- Provide administrative support to team members
- Ensure office policies and procedures are being followed
- Coordinate training development programs for staff
- Supervise and support office staff to ensure optimal performance
Skills:
- Proficient in budgeting processes
- Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment
- Strong clerical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent schedule management abilities
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud
- Strong administrative skills with the ability to multitask
- Exceptional organizational skills to maintain a tidy workspace
- Experience in IT and Production is a plus
