Responsibilities:
- Build and manage a team of 50-100 full-time agents
- Provide strategic advice across a variety of insurance products and services
- Help families by reviewing their final expense needs
- Guide clients towards a profitable and secure financial decision
- Cultivate client base and build win-win relationships
- Comply with all industry rules and regulations

Qualifications:
- Proven financial services sales management experience
- Current state life license at the time of hire
- Established sales team with 2+ members to move to the firm
- Track record of successful financial guidance
- Strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit
- Excellent communication, negotiation, sales and presentation skills
- Reliable transportation
- Bilingual agents are encouraged to apply
