Role Overview: The Healthcare Sales Director will develop and manage a client-based territory while seeking opportunities for growth. This role involves spearheading account acquisition to generate revenue and expand sales territories, liaising with senior management to set objectives, and executing a sales plan to cultivate business relationships. The Healthcare Sales Director will also lead and train sales personnel to achieve sales goals and optimize profit performance.

Experience:

Extensive experience in Long-Term Care, Assisted Living/Memory Care, SNF, Independent Living, and Acute Industry sectors.

A network of professionals within the Long-Term Care, Assisted Living/Memory Care, SNF, Independent Living, and Acute Industry.

Background and/or knowledge of the foodservice industry.

Leadership experience with a team of working professionals.

Experience working with high-level individuals in both your organization and clients’ organizations.
