As a HR and Facility Coordinator, you'll be the backbone of our facility, managing everything from security systems and timekeeping to employee onboarding and safety initiatives!

Full-time
Contract – 6 months
On-site in Chaska, MN
Compensation: $24.00-26.00
Duties:
- Manage administrative tasks to support plant operations, including coordinating schedules, managing records, and assisting with compliance matters
- Oversee facility security system, badge issuance, and time-keeping procedures for employees and contractors
- Coordinate with vendors, manage office supplies, and handle IT equipment issues to ensure smooth workflow
- Support HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees and temporary staff
- Assist with safety program initiatives, maintain incident records, and support Safety Committee activities
- Plan and organize company events and meetings to foster employee engagement and appreciation
- Manage work uniform program and serve as liaison with third-party vendors
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as an administrative professional in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with HRIS software; UKG experience is a plus!
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport across all organizational levels.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
