Redside Partners, a Seattle-based property management company, has an opening for a Community Manager (CM) position in the Seattle area.
Job Responsibilities/Essential Functions:
- The CM's main focus will be resident relations and leasing apartment homes. The CM will oversee 1-2 properties totaling about 125 apartments. They will answer prospective resident's inquiries, respond to guest cards, schedule showing, and lease apartments.
- Post advertisements for available units. This includes writing a marketing description, adding great photographs, plus regularly updating prices and specials.
- Administrative work will include coordinating move-ins and move-outs and being "the face" of the office as residents walk-in to ask questions.
- Additional tasks include coordinating maintenance and repairs, and negotiating lease renewals, and monitoring and reporting on what nearby buildings are offering.
- This person must have the ability to work independently, most of their time will be spent on-site in the leasing office. Even though they'll work independently, this person must also be a team player and enjoy wearing multiple hats!
Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
- Proficient in all aspects of computing, work with property management software is preferred--we use AppFolio
- Must pass background check and have GREAT references!
Salary: 60K to 70K/year DOE + commissions
Job Types: Full-time, Commission
Work Location: Positions located in the Seattle area.
Schedule: 9:30AM to 6PM Monday - Friday with weekend work as needed
