HR Administrative Assistant
The HR Administrative Assistant will support to the Human Resources and Learning and Development team at our company. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of various HR functions and contribute to a positive learning experience for all employees.

We provide on-trend interior finishes to Residential Builders. Builder Services is one of the largest flooring, cabinet, countertop, and window covering manufacturing and installation companies in the nation.

What You'll Do
- General HR Support:
- Answer phone calls and greet visitors, providing exceptional customer service.
- Assist with resolving visitor issues.
- Assist work force with Paylocity general questions.
- Facilitate TWC claims, participate in preparing quarterly conversations, and support the Culture Team.
- Handle administrative tasks like badge creation/deactivation, live check distribution, I-9 maintenance, and mail distribution.
- Order and manage marketing supplies for company events.
- Run and distribute reports, and perform other duties as assigned by the HR Director.
- Learning and Development Support:
- Prepare training materials, coordinate lunches, and send communication for training events.
- Assist with creating and maintaining HR surveys and training calendars.
- Manage the training request inbox and track employee training records.
- Participate in maintaining the company's Learning Management System (LMS) and other HR platforms (HRVu, Thanks.com, Axomo, etc.).
- Conduct monthly audits of the company's organizational chart.
You're a Perfect Fit If You Have
- High school diploma or GED
- Take a proactive approve to problem solving.
- A minimum of 1 year of administrative support experience. Experience in training or human resources preferred.
- Proficiency in personal computer and system software skills. HRIS experience a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on teamwork and customer service
- Effective communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- A positive attitude, flexibility, and a willingness to learn

Pay: $40,000.00 - $42,000.00 per year
