On a Given Day, You Will:
- Coordinate and oversee the preparation and filing of state and federal tax returns.
- Assist with the preparation of complex tax returns and review taxation matters with clients.
- Provide tax preparation services for pass-through entities, partnerships, and family offices for a variety of clients.
- Direct and partner with a multi-disciplinary team to provide tax knowledge and expertise for alternate investments.
- Review and analyze tax regulations and amendments. Discuss business implications with clients.

- Manage relationships at a senior level with large clients, advise on tactical issues, have a high level of responsibility for service delivery.
- Keep abreast of changes in tax regulations to ensure compliance.
Required Qualifications:
- 7+ years of tax experience at an accounting or tax firm with alternative investments (investment partnerships) experience.
- Bachelor's or graduate degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- A CPA or equivalent certification.
Professional Qualifications:
- A strong sense of ownership for delivering best in class client service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate complex information.
- Microsoft Suite skills.
