ATI has a current need for an Architect to provide architectural design and construction administration to support renovation of biomedical research laboratories at the National Institutes of Health (NIH) in Bethesda, Maryland.
ATI offers a competitive benefit package for an Architect:
- $90,000 to $105,000 annual salary depending on experience;

Candidate Requirements for a Senior Architect:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or certification in Architecture;
- 5+ years of experience in an Architectural, Engineering, or Construction environment;
- Full knowledge of National Codes, Standards, and Guidelines required;
- Knowledge of the architectural planning and design process, construction documentation, construction administration, and code requirements;
- Experience with AutoCAD and REVIT is also required;
- Experience managing projects in occupied facilities is preferred; and
- Familiarity with NIH Design Requirements Manual (DRM) for Biomedical Laboratories and Animal Research Facilities is a big plus.
