Overview:
We're looking for a Instructional Designer to join our People Learning and Development team. This role offers the preferred candidate the opportunity to deliver learning solutions that unlock performance and drive key business objectives. In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with leaders and subject matter experts across the organization to design strategic e-learning modules for all business areas.
You will focus on identifying and actualizing unique development experiences that positively impact culture, engagement and drive results. The ideal candidate is passionate about creating a best-in-class learning experience with a focus on human-centric design. This role reports to the Manager of People Learning and Development.
Responsibilities:
- Assess learning needs and prioritize efforts by collaborating with business leaders, conducting research, and synthesizing information from multiple data sources

Use human-centered design techniques to create content that supports adult learning methodologies and the 70:20:10 model

Leverage a range of learning tools to create relevant blended learning programs that support learner needs and meet program objectives

Ensure our LMS platform and learning technologies contain the features and functions needed to maintain and deliver learning activities

Continuously iterate and improve on products and programs by gathering feedback and measuring results

Engage in continuous dialogue with business leaders, and cross-functional team members to gather input, share ideas, and deliver targeted learning

Maintain functional expertise by keeping up to date on current Professional Development trends in the industry
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent experience required

3+ year’s instructional design experience for Adult Learners

3+ years’ experience in Human Resources, Learning & Development, or Talent Management

3+ years’ experience with financial products/services in a call-center environment is preferred

Extensive experience with content authoring tools including Articulate 360 (Articulate Storyline and Articulate RISE), Adobe Captivate and Photoshop

Proficient at managing and curating content within Cornerstone-On-Demand LMS

A track record of translating user and business needs into learning solutions using human-centered iterative design

Comfortable facilitating ILT sessions from the Individual Contributor level to the Executive team

The ability to design and develop effective learning experiences via multiple channels including eLearn modules, job aids, ILT sessions and virtual learning

A demonstrated ability to develop and deploy sound measurement strategies that track engagement, impact, quality of experience, and KPI’s

Proficiency in agile project management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to collaborate with team members, drive and own personal projects, and manage multiple priorities with a decisive mindset

Compensation Information: Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for each position across the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This good faith pay range is provided in compliance with NYC law and the laws of other jurisdictions that may require a salary range in job postings. The salary for this position is $76,500 - $92,500 Benefits:
