Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance duties including repairing and maintaining equipment, machinery, and building systems
- Conduct routine inspections to identify and resolve maintenance issues
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
- Supervise and coordinate the work of maintenance staff
- Fabricate or repair parts using various tools and equipment
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a maintenance role, preferably in a leadership position
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with employees and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in using CMMS software for tracking and managing maintenance activities
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and diagnose issues
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and other building systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Expected hours: 40 per week

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- On call
- Weekends as needed
Experience:
- Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (Preferred)
- HVAC Certification (Preferred)
- Plumbing License (Preferred)
- Electrical License (Preferred)
