Key Responsibilities:
- Client Accounting: Preparing bookkeeping, payroll, and the completion of various forms, such as sales tax filings, payroll tax returns for clients
- Communication Skills: Your verbal and written communication skills, essential for effective collaboration and client interactions.
- Software Knowledge: Display proficient knowledge of general office and accounting software. Quickbooks software knowledge is helpful.
- Adherence to Standards: Adhere to our company's vision, mission, and values, representing yourself as a role model for your colleagues.
Qualifications:
- Education: Minimum of a high school diploma or GED equivalent, Associates or Bachelors degree in Business Administration is preferred.
- Past Experience: minimum 4 years previous payroll and accounting experience is preferred.
