Major Responsibilities:
- Generate sales through both Company and employee-sponsored outreach and promotions.
- Maintain accurate records utilizing established Gold's Gym sales systems.
- Follow up on all prospects and conduct gym tours to showcase available services.
- Conduct telephone inquiries to address inquiries and promote membership options.
- Thoroughly understand, adhere to, and enforce Company policies and procedures relevant
to gym operations.
- Assume responsibility for developing effective selling skills.
- Drive sales and maintain proper expectations for Service Upsell, with specific targets for
Studio/On-Demand 30 Day Trial and Personal Training attachments.
- Collaborate with the Director of Marketing for participation in community events
