Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software components
- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
- Maintain IT inventory and documentation
- Collaborate with the IT team to resolve technical issues promptly
- Assist in network administration tasks such as user account management
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and procedures
- Respond to IT support tickets in a timely manner
- Perform system analysis to identify and resolve technical problems
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Mac OS and Windows operating systems
- Experience with network administration, firewall configurations, and computer networking
- Knowledge of computer hardware components and peripherals
- Familiarity with ticketing systems like Jira and Remedy
- Ability to analyze complex technical issues and provide effective solutions
- Strong background in providing technical support in an IT infrastructure environment
