Property Manager Assistant
Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated individual to support our property management operations and provide excellent customer service to our tenants.
Responsibilities:
- Building Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of properties to ensure compliance with local law and to identify any necessary repairs or maintenance.
- Unit Turnover Management: Efficiently manage the preparation of units for new tenants, ensuring that all aspects of the turnover process are completed to a high standard.
- Tenant Communications: Serve as a primary point of contact for tenant inquiries and concerns, ensuring all communications are handled promptly and professionally.
- Fire Safety Management: Oversee and implement fire safety measures, coordinate drills and inspections, and ensure all fire safety equipment is maintained and functional.
- Regulatory Compliance: Liaise with city agencies such as the Building Department and Fire Department, as well as utility companies like ConEd, to ensure all properties meet current regulations and standards.
- Contractor Coordination: Work closely with contractors and service providers on maintenance, repairs, and new projects, overseeing their activities to ensure quality and timeliness.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in property management
- Proficiency in office tasks such as data entry and document organization
- Ability to upsell services and negotiate effectively
- Experience in real estate administrative tasks or related field
- Fluent in Chinese strongly preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
