The purpose of the Gluer Inspector position is to visually inspect and pack products into shipping cartons. This position is responsible for packing the blister cards correctly according to the production order identified by the customer preference and taking direction on assignment and pace from the Gluer Operator and Gluer Level II team member. The Gluer Level I should organize blister cards and guarantee that the final product being sent out has no defects including marks or scratches. The packer ensures the product being delivered is free from error and is completed exactly the way the customer prefers.
