ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Make monthly and/or quarterly visits to MIMIT Health affiliated doctors and facilities in order to nurture relationships
- Provide MIMIT Health-related literature, business cards, referral collateral to referring doctors/facilities
- Manage a team of 4-5 Account Managers
- Review case studies of past MIMIT Health patient
- Document all activities in salesforce
- Create and provide reports relating to your accounts
- Grow patient referrals from referring doctors/facilities
- Increases high revenue procedures & surgeries
- Expands local physician network
- Helps organize and schedule the necessary physician and leadership team meetings
- Educate community physicians on how to correctly refer patients
- Maintain collaborative team relationships with peers and colleagues in order to effectively contribute to MIMIT Health’s mission and vision
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as deemed necessary by management
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Technologically savvy, basic client relationship management (CRM) experience
- Be able to work independently while achieving results
- Experience in sales/marketing related field, preferably in the medical industry
- Understanding of basic medical knowledge
- Energetic & outgoing
- People person
- Valid driver’s license and transportation, a willingness to travel
