Salt N Light Electric is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Assistant to join our team. As an Office Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office environment. The ideal candidate will be organized, efficient, and possess excellent communication skills to support various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties such as answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies.
- Assist in scheduling appointments for project managers.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Support project coordination by updating project documentation and assisting with tracking progress.
- Pulling permits for the city.
-Manage employee’s info on scheduling software.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant or in a similar role.
- Familiarity with Electrical duties is a plus or willing to learn.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in calendar management.
- Knowledge of QuickBooks or willingness to learn.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to transcribe accurately and maintain confidentiality.

Pay: $18.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
