Purpose: This position is responsible for managing all aspects of the post-sale relations between 360Care and the contracted long-term care facilities.
Essential Job Functions:
· Serve as primary contact for contracted facility personnel by communicating regularly with facility contact, territory marketers, local management, and providers.
· Review planned visits and schedules created by the dental/ancillary coordinators, including edits.
· Correspond with facility on patient and visit information.
· Deliver high quality and time sensitive information to all customers.
· Assist with daily updates for facility records and visits.
· Reviews schedule for field staff, ensuring all visits are covered logistically and to support the provider.
· Submit credentialing information to facilities for providers.
· Provides prompt feedback to management on any facility concerns.
· Functions at high level of personal productivity.
· Actively supports and complies with all components of the compliance program, including, but not limited to, completion of training and reporting suspected violations of law and Company policy.
· Maintains confidentiality of all information; abides with HIPAA and PHI guidelines at all times.
· To work remotely, it is expected you will have a reliable, nonpublic high-speed internet connection with sufficient bandwidth to participate in all work-related activities. Any interruptions in service should be immediately reported to your manager.
· Reacts positively to change and performs other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
· High School Graduate, or equivalent experience preferred.
· Electronic Medical Records experience required.
· Medical or Dental office experience preferred.
· Must be proficient with Microsoft Office.
· Excellent customer service skills.
· Critical thinking/Solutions-based skills required for a time sensitive environment.
· Strong oral and written communication skills required.
· Strong time management skills and sense of urgency required.
· Ability to multi-task and strong attention to detail.
· Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
