Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Outbound Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and closing sales deals through outbound calls.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospects to introduce services and book online meetings
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Utilize sales techniques to negotiate and close deals
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in selling digital services B2B
- Familiarity with digital marketing products and services
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close sales
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Customer service-oriented with a focus on delivering value to clients
- Ability to prospect your own leads and identify opportunities
- Determination to make 50-100 cold calls per day
- Okay with working for 100% commission as a 1099 contractor
Compensation
- 50% commission on the close (average close is $4-5k)
- 10% commission on residual income from deals closed (average client spends $3k/mo)
Performance Expectations
New hires are expected to close 4-6 deals within the first 30 days
Experienced reps should close 5-10 deals monthly.
