Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and independent Administrative Assistant to manage a variety of administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:

Answer and direct phone calls, providing information and assistance to callers.

Greet and assist customers and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.

Handle class registrations, including collecting and processing paperwork.

Prepare classrooms for educational sessions, ensuring all materials and equipment are set up.

Maintain and update student records and databases.

Assist in the scheduling and coordination of classes and events.

Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.

Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

Support faculty and staff with administrative tasks as needed.

Maintain a clean and organized office environment.
Requirements:

Previous experience as an administrator in an educational setting is preferred.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and take initiative.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred but not necessary.
Compensation:

Competitive wage: $25 - $35 per hour, based on experience.
