Job Title: Warehouse Associate/Customer Service (Returns)
Department: Customer Service

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Travel (other duties may be assigned).
▪ Reads production schedule, customer order, work order, shipping order, or requisition to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed.
▪ Conveys materials and items from receiving or production areas to storage or to other designated areas.
▪ Sorts and places materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, or product code.
▪ Loads and unloads trucks and other vehicles as required.
▪ Fills requisitions, work orders or requests for materials, tools, or other stock items and distributes items to production workers or assembly line.
▪ Assembles customer orders from stock and places orders on pallets or shelves or conveys orders to other departments.
▪ Marks materials with identifying information. Proper Customer names, address, packages prices, and review labels.
▪ Opens boxes, crates, and other containers.
▪ Records amounts of materials or items received or distributed.
▪ Counts items for distribution within plant to ensure conformance to company standards.
▪ Arranges stock items in specified areas. (Dispatch area or return department)
▪ Uses computer to enter records. (Proficient with Excel, word and any other data program)
▪ Assists manager, supervisors and other employees as directed.
▪ Performs all administration duties related to Customer Service Department operations to include processing and filing service tickets and credit memos.
▪ Coordinates with external merchandise repair agencies as directed for the transportation, repair and return of damaged or defective warranty merchandise.
▪ Communicates directly with customers to resolve problems, handle complaints, provide status reports and coordinate the return of warranty merchandise.
▪ Supports the Department Manager and Supervisor to coordinate the credit exchange of defective or damaged merchandise as quickly and effectively as possible.
▪ Works and coordinates closely with Supervisor and Manager to control the movement, storage and inventory of Customer Service Department merchandise stored at business locations.
▪ Works and coordinates closely with Store Managers and Stocking Clerks to coordinate the timely and accurate processing and return of customer exchange, return and defective warranty merchandise to the

Requirement:
- Warehouse experience
- Good communication skill
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required
- Ability to use a Pallet Jack and fork lift
- Proficient use and understanding of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word & Outlook)
Education and/or Experience:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- A bachelor's degree is a plus
Reasoning Ability:
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
