ATI has a current need for a Senior Architect to provide architectural design, project management, and construction administration to support renovation of biomedical research laboratories at the National Institutes of Health (NIH) in Bethesda, Maryland.
ATI offers a competitive benefit package for a Senior Architect:
- $115,000 to $135,000 annual salary depending on experience;

Candidate Requirements for a Senior Architect:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture;
- 10+ years’ work experience in an Architectural, Engineering, and/or Construction (AEC) environment;
- Full knowledge of National Codes, Standards, and Guidelines required;
- Knowledge of the architectural planning and design process, construction documentation, construction administration, and code requirements;
- 10+ years of experience with AutoCAD and 5+ years of experience with REVIT;
- Experience managing projects in occupied laboratory and/or healthcare facilities is strongly preferred; and
- Familiarity with NIH Design Requirements Manual (DRM) for Biomedical Laboratories and Animal Research Facilities is a big plus.
