We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager that will be responsible for focusing on the growth, development and good business practices in the West Coast region. This position requires leadership for the sales teams and working collaboratively, up, down and across the organization to provide excellent customer service to the customers in the market.

Increasing average utilization and revenue

Leading, not just managing, cultivating and developing the sales team by helping them understand and implement best practices and strategies to differentiate in our markets

Collaborate with operations, corporate teams and other regions to strengthen and leverage the operational and sales structures to support customer service

Develop a comprehensive pipeline for major accounts in the region and work with the National Account Managers, Strategic Accounts Managers, and Operations to broaden our market share in the _________ region
Experience/Education Required/Desired:

BA or BS preferred
-
MBA is a plus
-
5 + years experience selling in the industrial, construction, and/or environmental fields
-
Additional 5+ years in sales management

Equipment Rental experience is a plus
-
Proficiency with MS Office Suite
Special Considerations:
60% travel within the West Coast region.
