E-Commerce Introduction:
NBCN LIVE business in e-commerce helps brands sell LIVE products on TikTok, such as selling yoga pants on Lululemon's TikTok account. As a host, you will represent the brand and use the brand's official account to sell LIVE products. The team will provide LIVE venues and personnel support for the brand. Each LIVE room will have a moderator and an operator to assist the host.
Responsibilities:
- Live Streaming Expertise: Host live sessions on TikTok to demonstrate and promote ecommerce products, engage viewers, and encourage immediate purchases.
- Content Development: Plan, script, and execute engaging live streaming content that aligns with ecommerce objectives, including product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.
- Audience Interaction: Interact with viewers in real-time, respond to comments and questions, and build a community of engaged followers.
- Sales Promotion: Drive ecommerce sales through effective product demonstrations, promotions, and calls to action during live broadcasts.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align live streaming activities with overall ecommerce strategies and goals.
- Analytics and Optimization: Monitor performance metrics of live streams, analyze viewer engagement and sales data, and optimize strategies to maximize results.
- Trend Awareness: Stay updated on ecommerce trends, consumer behavior, and social media best practices to continuously improve content effectiveness and audience reach.
Qualifications:
- Ecommerce Experience: Solid understanding of ecommerce principles, online shopping behaviors, and sales strategies. Experienced in fashion beauty or home goods industry.
- Social Media Proficiency: Proficient in using TikTok and other social media platforms, with a strong grasp of live streaming features and engagement tactics.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills to engage and connect with a diverse audience, and effectively convey product features and benefits.
- Creativity and Adaptability: Ability to generate innovative content ideas, adapt to changing trends, and tailor messaging to resonate with target audiences.
- Team Collaboration: Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer support.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience as a live stream host, social media influencer, or in ecommerce sales is advantageous.
- Proven track record of driving sales or engagement through social media platforms.
