Day-to-day maintenance and servicing of assigned Personal Lines Accounts:
Maintaining a high level of client service and satisfaction
Marketing and Placement of new and renewal accounts as appropriate
Achieving agency account retention through proactive account rounding, up-selling of limits and coverages, and by providing extraordinary customer service
Qualifications & Education
Pa Property and Casualty License
4 + years plus Personal Lines Experience
Extensive knowledge of all lines of personal insurance including sophisticated and less common coverages
Thorough knowledge of operations including claims handling, procedures, personal lines rating, agency management system, and applicable insurance laws /codes
Experience in electronic environment: Including Microsoft 365, Word, Excel, Management Software, and Phone systems.
Familiarity with risk management, organizational, and verbal and written communication skills
Experience with Applied Systems (TAM) a plus
Duties
Support Producers’ sales efforts
Perform annual review and risk exposure analysis of renewal policies for proper coverage, incorporating info obtained from client.
Maintain client files, ensure proper documentation by processing all policies, endorsements, invoices, binders, certificates of insurance, activities according to agency procedures.
Maintain Control of renewal expiration lists, and binders
Respond to client inquiries, incoming email, and company requests.
Participate in courses for insurance to maintain license and underwriting requirements of carriers.
Participate in any special projects at management’s request.
Salary is commensurate with experience.
