About Our Team
At Oregon Community Programs, our mission is to make a real difference for children and families in our community. We’re a leading provider of outpatient behavioral health and specialized foster care in Lane County and beyond.
We are a team of 47 skilled therapists, clinical interns, mentors, skills trainers, and administrative staff who are also hikers, dog lovers, kayakers, DIY fanatics, travelers, bikers, photographers, and musicians. As both colleagues and friends, we enjoy working together to bring enthusiasm and a team-oriented focus to our programs and projects.
All clinical services are effective and supported by the most recent science in behavioral health.
Intensive In-Home Behavioral Health Treatment (IIBHT) is a treatment intervention tailored to meet the individual needs of children and families with complex behavioral health needs. Aimed at breaking the cycle of disadvantage, IIBHT at OCP provides a strength-based relational approach grounded in social learning and behavior modification principles. We change the negative trajectory of behavior that interferes with positive relationships, stable placement, and engagement with education, peers, and the community. IIBHT at OCP offers a combination of services from early childhood through 20 years of age and their families in a variety of settings including families of origin, kinship, or foster care, treatment foster care, etc.
The IIBHT Team Lead is responsible for coordinating all aspects of behavioral treatment for youth in the Lane County area, managing client progress and overseeing delivery of services, ensuring treatment is model specific and meets fidelity standards, co-facilitating clinical team meetings, and engaging in other opportunities for case-staffing.
The IIBHT Team Lead works collaboratively with the Outpatient Program clinical team, child’s primary caregiver(s), probation officers, child welfare caseworkers, community providers, schools, and other community partners.
