The Randolph School District is seeking applications for the position of Administrative Assistant. This is a 10-month-a-year position. This person will work closely with the MS/HS Principal, Activities Director, and other Office Administrative Assistants. The candidate should have experience in Word, Excel, Google, clerical, and administrative support. The candidate should also have good communication skills, a capacity to understand student management systems (or willingness to learn), exercise discretion, and maintain strict confidentiality. Maintenance of personnel files, contracts, and handbooks are just a few of the functions of this high profile fast-paced position. One of the main attributes needed for this role is a passion for students and education, as well as being able to multitask. Each day has constants, but each day can also throw you new challenges and obstacles. Qualifications-
Education: Post-secondary administrative assistant training or recent successful experience as an administrative assistant with above-average clerical skills.
-Understanding of technology
-Ability to operate office equipment such as computers, copiers, fax machines, and telephone systems with dexterity and in a safe and efficient manner.
-Proficient in oral and written communication skills.
-Ability to assume responsibility, display initiative, and exercise good judgment.
-Ability to perform duties of a sensitive and confidential nature.
-Satisfactory background check as covered by Wisconsin Statute 19.32(1).
