Job Summary:
Greets and seats guests, presents menus to guests, operates Open Table, answers phones, bus tables, complete restroom checks, complete silverware roll-ups, sign up all bull riders and operate the mechanical bull.
Rate of pay: $16.50/hourly + tips
Descriptions of job duties: Greets and seats guests, presents menus to guests, informs them of special catch and soups.
- Treats all guests with True Royal Treatment. Exceed guests' expectations.
- Use Open Table to book and confirm reservations
- Sell Souvenirs and Bull Rides
- Work with management to run the floor plan board.
- Observes tables and keeps track of clean, dirty and occupied tables.
- Takes guest information and quotes wait times to guests accurately when tables are not immediately available.
- Cleans, organizes and stocks menus at host area, along with rolling silverware.
- Answers phone and answers questions of the menu, reservations, special events, etc.
- Interacts with guests as they arrive and as they leave the restaurant to ensure positive dining experience.
- Fills and presents to-go and take-out order.
- Bussing Tables and Running Food
- Maintains restroom checks throughout shift.
- Sweeps foyer and front entrance area frequently.
- Performs other duties as directed.
