Quality Inn and Suites is looking for friendly, outgoing, and motivated individuals to join our Front Desk team at Anaheim, CA.
Responsibilities:
- Greeting and checking in guests
- Answering phones
- Scheduling appointments
- Checking guests in and out to the facility
- Taking reservations for the day’s schedule of tours, events, activities, etc.
- Answering phones to respond to inquiries regarding reservations and guest services.
- Answering inquiries regarding policies and procedures.
- Communicating with other departments to ensure proper reception of guests.
- Maintaining a clean and orderly reception area.
- Performing other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
- Customer service experience.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance.
- Ability to work well under pressure and multitask.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.50 - $19.25 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
