Description:
We are currently seeking a personable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Full-Time Maintenance Technicians at our prestigious luxury high-rise located in Washington, DC. As a Front Desk Clerk, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming environment for residents and visitors.
Responsibilities:

Greet residents and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor.

Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual.

Efficiently process incoming and outgoing packages.

Maintain a professional and organized front desk area.
Requirements:

High school diploma or GED required.

Must be available to work onsite Monday-Friday from 11pm-7:00am and Wednesday -Friday from 3:00pm to 11:00pm and Saturday and Sunday 7:00am- 3:00pm

Minimum of 1 year of work experience, with preference given to those with customer service experience

Excellent phone manners and interpersonal skills.

Must have reliable transportation.
Training:
While experience is preferred, we are willing to train the right candidate for this position.
Background Investigations:
Background investigations will be conducted as part of the hiring process.
