Event Sales Associate
Weekly/Daily Job duties
Make sure appointment tables have been set up
Make sure all event spaces lights and air conditioner is on
Schedule detail appointments for booked events
Confirm tour appointments
Follow up deposits needed
Help director with new Inquiries
Schedule new inquiry tours
Walk through new inquiry tours
Day of events-Make sure all BEO’s items are correct and come to life day
of event
Meal service-help plate in kitchen
Deal with any last minute’s items on event days
Check emails and respond
Collect Final headcounts and payments (non wedding)
Check Chefs Board to ensure all details are correct for week of events
Phone Inquiries
Make folders for any new event
Make Event folders
Close events/meal service
Help with files for the week
Experience:
- Previous experience in event sales is preferred
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
Shift:
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift
Weekly day range:
- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person
