Job Summary:
The CDP Coach Representative will support our CDP Coaches with handling and assisting with related email support.
The ideal candidate should possess experience in clear and concise written communication. Following department processes and procedures is vital in this role being successful.
This position reports to the CDP Senior Manager, Custom Coaching.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitors Custom Coaching CDP Inbox: Daily management of the CPD Inbox. Knowledge on when to task emails to Coaches and when Representatives should respond.
- Email Daily Workload: Responsible for responding to 25-40 emails per day, per Representative. Must be professionally written and done in a timely manner.
- Proficient in Platform Usage: Representatives must be skilled in navigating and utilizing the business platform effectively.
- Refund Requests and Subscription Cancellations: Attempt 1 try to save a refund request/subscription cancellation (offer new trainer assignment). If Representatives cannot save, process refund requests or subscription cancellations. If applicable, refund digital programs as well.
- Department Policy: Follow all communication on procedures, guidelines and policies for the department and role.
- Product Expertise: Representatives must understand all V Shred products as they apply to client communication questions.
Requirements:
- 1 - 2 years of experience in Customer Service
- Maintain a positive experience for all client interactions
- Adept at problem solving
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Nice to Have:
- Having a background in health and fitness is a plus
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $23.00 per hour
