MHC Healthcare is seeking a Thrift Store Associate/Truck Driver to join the Cotton Blossom Resale team at MHC’s Cotton Blossom Resale store, located in Marana, AZ. The Thrift Store Associate/Truck Driver will drive a company van to pick up, load, transport, and unload donated goods. Associate will also assist in the processing and sales of merchandise, in store and online. Builds relationships in the community through excellent customer service and employee relations to all present. MHC Healthcare is a Federally Qualified Community Health Center (FQHC), with 17 sites in Tucson and Pima County. The following qualifications are required:
- High school diploma or GED; required.
- One (1) year of customer service experience; required.
- Possess a valid AZ Driver’s License and proof of current motor vehicle insurance; required.
- Must provide current 39 month AZ Driver License Motor Vehicle Record, and meet driver insurability criteria; required.
- Ability to use computers and software such as electronic time clock, geo-maps, and Microsoft Software
The following qualifications are preferred:
- One (1) year delivery and/or pick up experience; preferred.
- 21 years of age; preferred.
Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered if applicable and must be directly related to the functions and body of knowledge required to successfully perform the job.
This position has the following supervisory responsibility:

- Ability to drive a medium duty delivery truck; properly secure and distribute cargo; and knowledge of lift gate operations; and training in proper lifting procedures.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Pick up, load, transport, and unload donated goods (furniture, appliances, clothing, etc.), utilizing company vehicle.
- Sort and price merchandising of donated goods to ensure quality standards and profitability.
- Maximize quality and quantity of production placement of stock and sales floor through merchandising and displays.
- Monitor activity within the store to ensure consistent quality customer experience is maintained through attractive product display.
- Assist with donation pick-up and off-site storage as needed.
- Perform all other related duties as assigned or requested.
