This position will work with our current team of customer care personnel and Medical Spa professionals. This role will also work closely with the owners and Customer Care Director.

The Customer Care Advisor will be the first customer interaction and represent Ethos MedSpa under the leadership of the Customer Care Director. This role will complete all front desk activities for the daily operations as required. This role is self-driven with direction from management. The Customer Care Advisor will support and grow business by maintaining front desk duties, maintaining retail product displays, and maximizing MedSpa service and retail sales. This position also requires a strong skill to use social media to drive business and to help advertise when requested by management.
Reports to: Customer Care Director
Description of Responsibilities:
- Perform exemplary, client-focused customer service using various tools (including computer software, phone, email, and text), and advise guests and drive sales on products and services
- Provide an excellent, clean, inviting, professional, comfortable, relaxing, and pleasant experience for all clients and guests
- Maintain product and service knowledge in order to communicate product and service benefits to guests
- Greet guests appropriately, answer incoming calls, make/confirm/change appointments, perform guest check-in/out using available systems, work to fill openings with waitlist, complete duties to open and/or close the day, and maintain accurate cash counts
- Complete product and service sales transactions, maintain product inventory and displays, complete daily checklists, and complete daily cleaning duties as assigned
- Maintain client information files, consent forms for services, and financial information
- Keep an accurate inventory list and assist manager with weekly orders; inform about product shortage and customer issues and/or requests
- Utilize and maintain customer database for phone calls, product launches, events, and appointments in conjunction with Ethos customer programs
- Post on social media to help advertise and drive business.

Preferred Experience, Education, Skills and Abilities:
- Previous Medical Spa/Salon service selling experience (1+ years required , 2+ years preferred)
- Previous Aveda/SkinCeuticals/SkinMedica/iS Clinical/Jane Iredale selling experience
Schedule:
- This role is customer-facing and requires evenings and weekends, including Fridays and Saturdays.
- This role could entail floating between all Ethos locations.
- Must be available during hours Tuesday-Thursday: 8:30am-8:30pm, Friday-8:30am-6:30pm & Saturdays 8:30am-4:30pm and to work shifts as assigned
- Scheduled for approximately 40 hours per week
