NEOGOV is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented partner success manager who can work independently to join our partnership team. The candidate will be a key contributor on a high performing team that consistently delivers market leading retention rates. You will be responsible for collaborating with the Sales, Marketing and Customer Success teams to drive revenue growth via strategic partnerships. This role requires a combination of experience in navigating the intricacies of State, Local, Education (SLED) and Federal market as well as developing key partner relationships and strong business acumen. This role relies heavily on personal accountability for results and a willingness to go the extra mile for partnerships and our joint customers. The candidate will also be responsible for clearly and persuasively articulating solutions, and working collaboratively with internal stakeholders, partners, and subject matter experts.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in accreditation, excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills, along with a strong understanding of software technology and the ability to work collaboratively across departments. You will be working as a member of the partner success team, which is part of the greater sales team here at NEOGOV.
