Position: Licensed Practical Nurse
Position Overview:
As an LPN at The Bluffs, you will be an essential member of our interdisciplinary team, providing high-quality care to individuals struggling with addiction. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide nursing care and support to individuals with mental health and substance use disorders.
- Administer medications and monitor their effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct health assessments and maintain accurate medical records.
- Participate in group therapy sessions and educational programs.
- Foster a safe and therapeutic environment for patients.
Qualifications:
- Current and valid OHIO LPN license.
