Office Assistant
Overview:
Join our team as an Office Assistant where you will play a crucial role in supporting our office operations. We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational skills to assist in various administrative tasks. Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients and visitors both in person and over the phone.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry to support office staff.
- Manage order entry processes accurately and efficiently.
- Assist with medical receptionist duties including scheduling appointments and maintaining patient records.
- Handle front desk responsibilities including greeting guests, answering inquiries, and directing calls.
- Maintain and update calendars for appointments, meetings, and events.
- Utilize computer literacy skills to navigate software programs and databases effectively.
- Knowledge of QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks is a plus.
- Manage Social Media
-Provide personal care for members when needed
- Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
Experience:
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with calendar management and scheduling appointments.
- Proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles or experience with QuickBooks is advantageous.
- Ability to handle phone systems professionally and efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
