Role Summary:
As an AP/AR Specialist/Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing administrative operations at our ice cream facility. This includes coordinating schedules, meetings, and correspondence, as well as maintaining organized records. You will support various departments by preparing reports, processing invoices, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Additionally, you will assist with inventory management and serve as the point of contact for vendors and suppliers. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask will be crucial in keeping our office running smoothly and supporting our mission to deliver top-quality ice cream products.
Main Responsibilities:
- Efficiently match goods received with purchase orders daily
- Conduct daily audits on P-card transactions
- Perform regular cycle count audits
- Perform period accruals
- Act as backup for plant payroll coordination
- Manage salaried PTO tracking system
- Track AP expenses daily using Excel
- Organize and maintain AP files, including offsite storage
- Facilitate onboarding for new hires
Role Requirements:
- 4-year degree or 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
- 3+ years of previous AP experience/office coordination experience
- Intermediate to advanced PC skills, including Excel (knowledge of Pivot tables, IF Tables, and V-Lookups)
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy
- Deadline-driven
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team
- Good analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
