The Banquet Supervisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the success of banquets and events by providing leadership, guidance, and support to the banquet service team. With a focus on exceptional guest service and attention to detail, this individual helps create memorable experiences for guests and ensures the smooth execution of events from start to finish.
Your Key Responsibilities:
1.Supervise the Banquet Team: Oversee the banquet service team, including servers and bar staff. Scheduling, guidance, training, and support to ensure all team members understand our culture, and how their roles and responsibilities for each event.
2.Guest Service: You will be the “point person” for each event, so it’s up to you to ensure the needs and requests of the host are promptly addressed and that service standards are consistently upheld so all event guests have a positive experience!
3.Event Set-Up and Breakdown: Coordinate with our event planning team to ensure proper setup of banquet spaces according to the event requirements. This includes arranging tables, chairs, linens, tableware, and decorations. After the event, oversee breakdown procedures to ensure efficient and timely clean-up.

What you have:
Strong customer service skills and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team.
An eye for detail, quality, and presentation.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of food and beverage service techniques.
Familiarity with health, safety, and sanitation standards for food service operations.
Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in hospitality or food service is a plus.
Job Types: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 32 – 45 per week
