Epcon Lane is locally owned and family operated for over 75 years. We are a company that prides ourselves on taking care of our customers, the environment, and most importantly our team members.
We are currently seeking a friendly and high-energy person to be a part of our team! This is a full-time position in our Akron, OH location.
What is this role about?
In this role you will be expected to perform a variety of tasks including but not limited to:
Communicate with customers via phone, email and text message
Work closely with a team of technicians on their monthly routes, daily service calls, and customer needs while they are in the field
Determine customer wants/needs and handle them with ease
Maintain a positive attitude and calmly respond to customer concerns
Display active listening and superior customer service skills for all customers
Handle the sale of a new customer by effectively following a script (sales experience is a plus!)
