Our Advisor Accounts Payable Transformation will be involved in supporting and occasionally leading the implementation of source-to-pay initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy in invoice processing and supplier collaboration.

What you will do:
- Implement solutions for invoice approval and processing to minimize manual effort and errors.
- Assist in expanding the Oracle portal for suppliers to submit invoices, track payment status, and update information.
- Improve communication and collaboration with suppliers to streamline invoice and payment processes.
- Strengthen internal controls and audits to prevent fraud and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Act as the primary contact for project activities, conducting review sessions with collaborators to discuss process design impacts.
- Ensure projects adhere to master plans and schedules, identifying and solving project-related issues.
- Coordinate with change management leads to align messages, processes, and deliverables, including scheduling and training material development.
- Support project teams, coordinate activities, and drive projects to successful completion.
Create or coordinate the development of presentation materials for management and committee communications
Who you are :
You have:
- 4+ years of experience in procure-to-pay processes, including accounts payable and procurement, preferably in the oil and gas industry along with a bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, accounting, supply chain or logistics. A combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Experience/exposure to change and project management, with familiarity in methodologies like Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall
You can:
- Show a solid understanding in contemporary procurement and payment systems/processes; experience with major source-to-pay software/ERP such as Ariba, SAP, Oracle Cloud, GEP or Coupa (Oracle Cloud Preferred)
You are:
- Outstanding in managing multiple projects simultaneously to meet tight time constraints while being detail oriented to ensure accuracy and completeness in project deliverables
- Able to work with cross-functional teams and foster a cooperative work environment
The following are considered assets:
- The following certifications are desired: Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Accounts Payable Professional (CAPP), Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), or Supply Chain Management Professional (SCMP)
Working Conditions:
- Work performed in typical office environment with occasional travel to third party service provider locations along with business unit and regional locations

Physical Requirements include but are not limited to:
Grasping, kneeling, light – moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, typing, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement and the ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time.
