Under the direction of a senior sales representative you will build relationships with administrators, engineers and maintenance personnel from our existing customer base. Communication will occur mostly in our home office environment. You may occasionally attend a conference or customer on-site visit in support of sales objectives. Typical functions include processing company transactions, collection calls, and trouble shooting customer issues. TFM prides itself on the product knowledge and attention to detail of all employees. Inside Sales Duties and Responsibilities
· Understanding client needs as they relate to air filtration.
· Processing system transactions such as Quotes, Orders, and Invoices,
· Offering solutions and support to solve customer issues over phone & email
· Participate in Customer Off-Site Conventions to develop potential leads
· Provide Reception services for Walk-in Customers and business partners.
· Answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions
· Working with outside sales team to communicate customer needs
· Contacting Customer's AP departments to ensure payment (Collection Calls)
· Maintaining database (Prophet 21, Access, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information
· Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients
· Other Office and Administrative duties as assigned by management

Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of customer service in a B2B service environment preferred
- Background in commercial building Maintenance/HVAC/MechanicalContracting
- 2+ years technical writing in an industrial environment
- High School Diploma
