Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Call Center Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing excellent customer service, and resolving customer complaints or inquiries in a timely and professional manner. This position can be either remote or office-based depending on the preference of the candidate.
Key Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner- Making outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or resolve issues- Providing information about products or services and guiding customers through the sales process- Resolving customer complaints or escalating issues to the appropriate department for further assistance- Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the company database- Ensuring customer satisfaction by actively listening to their needs and offering solutions or support- Meeting set performance metrics and KPIs to ensure high-quality customer service
Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent- Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Flexibility to work remote or in an office setting
