Overview: As a Customer Service Representative at WanderFull, you will play a key role in our commitment to providing exceptional service to our customers. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring all interactions are handled efficiently and professionally. This role is crucial in maintaining customer satisfaction and fostering positive relationships with our brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Provide timely and accurate information to customers via various channels (Gorgias, email, phone, chat, social media).
- Order Management: Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, processing returns, and resolving any issues related to their orders.
- Problem Resolution: Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally, aiming for first-contact resolution whenever possible.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of WanderFull products and services to effectively assist customers with inquiries, provide product recommendations and upsell.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to ensure accurate information flow and quick resolution of issues.
- Customer Feedback: Gather customer feedback and escalate issues as needed to appropriate departments to improve overall customer experience.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our customer service management system.
Qualifications:
- Proven customer support experience or experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with Shopify and Gorgias
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and procedures is a plus.
- Passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating positive customer experiences.
Additional Requirements:
- High school diploma; college degree or certification in customer service is a plus.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends in Q4 as needed
