GENERAL PURPOSE: Prepares and cooks family style meals for crews or residents and employees of institutions by performing the following duties. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, walk, sit, use hands and fingers, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, talk or hear, and taste or smell. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
